These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of UF101.ie ("the Service"), operated by ND Aviation Training & Services, a sole trader based in Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
UF101.ie is a web application that helps Irish drone pilots generate IAA UF101 airspace permission application forms. The Service provides a tool to assist in preparing forms — it does not submit applications to the IAA on your behalf, and it does not guarantee approval of any airspace permission request.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information entered into the Service is accurate, complete, and submitted to the appropriate authority in accordance with Irish aviation regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at info@uf101.ie if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
The Service is offered on the following plans:
All prices are in euro and inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
New accounts may be eligible for a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you have subscribed to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your paid plan until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as required by law (see Section 7 below).
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the date of the transaction, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@uf101.ie within 14 days of your payment, stating that you wish to cancel and receive a refund. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your request.
Please note: if you have actively used the paid features of the Service during the 14-day period, your right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded in accordance with applicable law, as the digital content will have been partially consumed.
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, design, code, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (pilot details, drone details, flight information). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided to assist you in preparing UF101 airspace permission forms. It is not a substitute for legal or regulatory advice. We make no guarantee that forms generated using the Service will be accepted by the IAA or any other authority.
Airspace zone data displayed in the Service is sourced from the IAA and is provided for reference only. You are responsible for verifying current airspace restrictions before conducting any drone flight. Zone boundaries and restrictions may change without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or regulatory penalties.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify signed-in users of any material changes via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
